We are happy to exchange your purchase or provide store credit as long as the item is received back unworn with the tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Each unnecessary return is a waste of materials, precious time AND a loss to the integrity of the product. We want to bring good vibes to as many people as we can, so we keep our products at very reasonable prices in comparison to competitors. EXCHANGES

1. Email customer service at downwarddogdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damaged item(s) you would like exchanged.
2. All items to be returned must have tags and be sent back in original packaging.
3. You will be sent a pre-paid shipping label
4. Please allow 7-14 days for processing.
