If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact me immediately and it will be replaced.
Because Downward Dog Designs is owned and operated by one person, each item is inspected thoroughly before shipment, but I am human and could miss something so I appreciate your understanding. With that being said, I do not accept returns.
I am trying very hard to create less waste, use more recycled materials, and become more sustainable in this brand. Each return is a waste of materials and precious time AND a loss to the integrity of the product. I want to bring sparkle to as many people as I can, so I keep shipping free and our products at very reasonable prices in comparison to competitors. - All items to be returned must have tags and be sent back in original packaging.
- You will be sent a pre-paid shipping label
